- 1 pint heirloom cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls halved
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/3 cup La Tourangelle Basil oil
- 1/2 cup basil leaves (optional for decoration)
Directions
- Combine lemon juice, basil oil, salt and pepper. Stirring with a whisk
- Combine tomatoes, cheese and dressing in a bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Garnish with a few torn basil leaves.
