- 2 1/2 cups Stonewall Kitchen Farmhouse Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 ounces melted butter
- 1 cup heaping, fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
- Mix batter thoroughly with other ingredients, then carefully fold in berries.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes.
